Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through your order details, depending on the courier service used.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos or video of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos/video.

Returns or refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
